Invitations for this week

Here are a few questions you might like take into your time to think:

  • What is my child interested in at the moment?

  • What excites them?

  • How can I support this?

Practise trusting your child's agenda and noticing what your child is interested in. Doing nothing or saying nothing can be the hardest thing. Take a pause before you intervene to check in with yourself if it is really necessary. If you can manage it, hold back and see what happens.

Notice how your child moves between 'watch over me', 'delight in me', 'help me' and 'enjoy with me'.
