1. Download the course workbook. It's a good idea to print it out and have it handy during our sessions. You will see that pages have plenty of space to take notes, it also has helpful reflection questions at the end of each chapter.

2. Order a copy of Raising a Secure Child. It covers additional material that is not covered in the Circle of Security Parenting course videos, and it will be a helpful resource to refer to during and between our sessions.
