Here are some steps to help you make the most of the workshop:

​Step 2. Fill in the pre-workshop questionnaire. It’s only 3 questions, and your answers will help me get a better sense of where you are at, what feels difficult, and how I can make the workshop as relevant and supportive as possible.​

​​Step 3. Print the worksheet; it will help you keep your insights from the workshop in one place:​

Step 4. Check your inbox for the email with the Zoom link. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please email my assistant aeri@helpyourchildthrive.co.uk, and she'll make sure you have everything you need.
