Over the coming weeks, you’ll have an opportunity to let go of old patterns and step more fully into being your own version of a secure base for your child, the kind parent you want to be.

Please download and complete the Circle of Security Interview and send it to me before our first session. It will help us both to have a better understanding of your relationship, both the strengths you can lean into and the challenges you might like to transform. Filling in the Circle of Security interview will help us make sure that we are focusing on what will truly support you and your child from the start.
