1. Download Circle of Security Parenting Interview. Please fill it in and send it to me before our first session. 

 

2. Download the course workbook. It's a good idea to print it out and have it handy during our sessions. You will see that pages have plenty of space to take notes, it also has helpful reflection questions at the end of each chapter.

3. If you would like some additional reading, order a copy of Raising a Secure Child. It can be a helpful resource to refer to during and between our sessions.
