By signing up, you’ve created space to keep reflecting on connection and being a secure base for your child - that is the path to secure attachment.​​

Orientation email

You’ll receive an orientation email within the next two working days. It will contain:

  • Date and time of the next call

  • The Zoom link 

  • The reading chapter

  • Reflection prompts to support your integration

  • A Reflection on Connection audio

Create the space for reflection

Here are two steps that will help you engage with and honour the commitment you just made:

  • Put the call dates in your calendar. Here are the dates for 2026: January 7, February 4, March 4, April 15, May 6, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 9, October 7, November 4, December 2, 1-1.50 pm. 

  • Set aside time to read Raising a Secure Child and reflect. 

Before the call

You might like to:

  • Read the suggested chapter

  • Jot down anything that comes up as you are reading or feels alive in your parenting right now

 

Or simply arrive and listen - all ways of being in the space are welcome.

Remember: there is no right or wrong way to show up for the integration calls. This space is about noticing, reflecting, and returning to, again and again. Come exactly as you are, and trust that small, consistent moments of connection are what truly make a difference. I’m looking forward to sharing this journey with you.
