Ongoing support for parents on their Circle of Security journey

Integration Calls

A space to deepen, reflect, and stay connected

listening leaflet.jpg

The Circle of Security Parenting course often opens something important: a new way of seeing your child, yourself, and your relationship. But insight alone doesn’t always change patterns. Integration happens over time, in a relationship, and in the midst of real life.

Integration Calls are a gentle, ongoing space for parents who want to keep coming back to what matters most: connection, repair, and being a secure base for their children.

This is not a programme you “complete”. It’s an invitation to stay for as long as it feels supportive (months or years) as your parenting journey continues to unfold.

Who this space is for

This space is primarily created for parents who have completed a Circle of Security Parenting course and want ongoing support to integrate the ideas into everyday life.

It is also open to parents who are curious about Circle of Security and want a place to explore the ideas and gently begin introducing them into their parenting. For some, this may remain their main source of support; for others, it may become a stepping stone to doing the course later on.

There is no expectation to be “doing it right”. You are welcome exactly as you are.

How the Integration Calls work

The calls follow a gentle annual rhythm, guided by the themes from Raising a Secure Child book by Kent Hoffman, Glen Cooper and Bert Powell. We revisit the core ideas again and again to allow new layers of understanding to emerge as your child grows and circumstances change.

Each monthly call includes:

  • A short reflective opening, helping you reconnect with a key Circle of Security idea

  • Space shaped by you: your questions, experiences, and current challenges

  •  Opportunities to share, reflect, or simply listen in

Some months, you may come with a specific situation you want to explore. Other times, you might just want to be in a space that recentres you. Both are equally welcome.

Between the calls (optional)

Here are some invitations to support integration at your own pace:

  • Reading a chapter from Raising a Secure Child. I'll let you know in advance which chapter to read for the next call. Don't worry if you don't get to it - I'll recap it at the beginning of the call.

  • Journaling prompts to support reflection.

  • Short reflection-on-connection audios to help you reconnect with the part of the circle we are exploring that month.

There is no requirement to do it all - choose what feels right for you.

One-to-one support: alongside the group calls, one-to-one sessions are available if something arises that you would like to explore in more depth. These sessions can be used to talk through a specific parenting situation or process something that came up using Brainspotting. You don’t need to wait until things feel “big enough”. One-to-one support is here as an additional layer of care when needed. You can book a one-to-one session via my calendar.
