Parenting often feels like an overwhelming balancing act, managing daily logistics, mealtimes, and keeping the house from descending into chaos, all while trying to navigate ever-changing emotional climates. When your nervous system slips into fight, flight, freeze, or appease, it can feel incredibly difficult to stay present. You might find yourself snapping, rushing, or feeling emotionally detached, only to sit with a deep sense of discomfort afterwards.

The Secure Base Membership is designed to be your quiet sanctuary. It is an intentional, accessible library of 5-to-10-minute audio reflections created to help you slow down, tune into your body, and safely look after your own nervous system. By learning to meet your own triggered states with compassion, you can return to a spacious, grounded state—making it beautifully simple to show up as a reliable secure base for your child when they need you most.

What is Included in Your Membership:

  • On-demand access to a growing library of attachment-informed meditations: Complete, instant access to our growing archive of grounding practices. Whether you are in your parked car before a handover or winding down at the end of a long day, support is always right there on your phone whenever you need it.

  • Weekly guided meditation and Q&A: Fresh, bite-sized reflections arriving in the library every week, designed to gently guide you through the shifting seasons and changing emotional weather of your parenting journey. It also serves as a quiet, supportive space to bring your personal questions, explore the unique complexity of your family dynamics, and unpack your worries with compassionate guidance.

  • New meditations inspired by members’ shares: The unique opportunity to request custom audio reflections for your specific, challenging situations. If you are facing a particularly difficult parenting hurdle, you can share and ask for a dedicated practice to help you find your steady centre through it.

Inside the Secure Base Audio Library

Inside the membership dashboard, there are no rigid modules or timelines to keep up with. Instead, the library is intuitively organised by categories and topics, allowing you to simply drop in and select exactly the kind of emotional support or grounding you need in any given moment.

There are 5 core audio meditations designed to form the foundation of your practice, helping you anchor your nervous system, connect with your child’s inner world, and navigate the ripples of daily parenting.

What Your Child is Interested In
When daily logistics take over, it is easy to lose sight of who your child is becoming. This gentle space allows you to slow down, tune into your child’s world, and explore pressure-free ways to support the passions that truly light them up.

A Hug from a Distance
We cannot protect our children from every heavy emotion or difficult boundary in life. This soothing practice helps you offer a reliable container of warmth and reassurance from a short distance, allowing you to stay present without tipping into fixing or withdrawal.

Your Version of Being a Secure Base for Your Child
Being a secure base does not mean textbook, picture-perfect parenting. This reflection invites you to step away from the pressure of constant effort and reconnect with a quiet, felt sense of a unique, ordinary moment where things simply clicked.

Knowing When to Pause

Our nervous systems naturally slip into fight, flight, freeze, or appease multiple times a day. This reflection helps you recognise your body's unique trigger signals so you can pause, restore internal safety, and return to a grounded presence.

Do You Accept My Apology?
We all have moments where we snap or shout, leaving us with a deep sense of discomfort. Instead of rushing into a panicked apology, this meditation guides you to settle your nervous system first so you can approach a healthy repair conversation with clarity.

How it works

Nurturing a secure relationship is an ongoing practice, not a quick fix. To support you through every shifting season of your parenting journey, we offer simple, transparent access to the entire library.

Frequently asked questions

"I am completely exhausted and have zero time. How long are these?"
Every reflection in our library is intentionally brief—usually between 5 and 10 minutes. They are specifically crafted for real, busy lives. You can listen in your parked car before a handover, on your headphones while making tea, or in bed at the end of a long day.

"Our family dynamic is very complicated and high-conflict. Will this work for me?"
Yes. These reflections do not require your co-parent or your environment to change. They are entirely focused on stabilizing your internal climate. By discovering how to anchor your own body, you become an unshakeable secure base for your child, giving them a reliable container to lean on even amidst complex real-world circumstances.
