We know that device use (both our own and our children's) can be a huge distraction, a source of ongoing tension and disagreements. It can chip away at how much we enjoy our relationships with our children.

Often we know that it does not feel great, but we don't fully know what to do about it, or how to keep it in check.

In this workshop, we will use the attachment perspective to have a more detailed look at how device use can impact our relationships with our children and how we can manage it in a more connected, empowering way.
